I developed Chike Healthcare Partners to be a disruptive solution in the sterile processing industry. As an elite sterile processing consultant, I traveled to healthcare systems around the nation to develop under-preforming teams. After achieving great success, I decided to expand my reach by developing elite SPD leaders and sending them to healthcare systems that desired positive change. Under their leadership:
